1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Store Credit Policy

  • We do not offer refunds to bank or original payment methods.

  • All approved returns will be issued as Store Credit (Gift Card).

  • This can be used for future purchases on HIBAAS HANDLOOM.

3. How to Request Return/Exchange

  • Submit your request through our return portal.

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  • Mention the reason for your request.

  • Upload clear images in case of damage or defect.

Our team will review and arrange a pickup.

4. Return Process & Charges

  • A minimal ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be applicable.

  • This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Once the product is picked up and passes quality inspection, store credit will be issued.

5. Store Credit Details

  • Issued after successful pickup and inspection.

  • Value = Product Price – ₹100 pickup fee.

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Can be used across all products on our website.

  • Not redeemable for cash or transferable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or odor will not be accepted.

  • Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further return or exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images for verification.

  • Once approved, store credit will be issued.

8. Final Decision

HIBAAS HANDLOOM reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, and store credit requests after inspection.
